About the event
Spring is a season of renewal and growth—a perfect time for us to refresh routines and embrace new opportunities. We're gathering to share what works for us as much as we are gathering to learn what other's find works for them.
During this day immersion, we'll be exploring what it means to welcome the energy of spring into our bodies and our minds. We'll explore this through mindful movement, sharing circles and other self improvement practices. We'll have a good stint in the sauna again and gather around the table for a fire cooked lunch and dinner. These days are a great space to connect with like minded men and make new connections and friendships. We look forward to welcoming both returning and new men. You'll also leave with awareness of new opportunities for growth, healing, and transformation to implement with the arrival of spring and all it's new life energy.
