Group Facilitation
​​​From a session of a few hours, through to week long retreats, my focus with group work is to create a safe and held space of connection and deep transformation.

Facilitating groups has been a large part of my work over the past 5 years, in both men's and mixed gender spaces.
The practices and processes I call upon most are the Work That Reconnects, Liberating Structures and various forms of group ritual and ceremony influenced by Celtic and Druidic traditions.

Men's Work
3 years ago I undertook a deep phase of my own work, to develop myself as a man in the world. Following an activating weekend initiation with the Mankind Project, I've been training in ways and methods of working with other men.
My "men's work practice" includes attending a weekly in person men's circle where I do my own work and hold space for others to do theirs. I produce, curate and host at least 2 men's retreats a year with Menspedition, alongside some epic brothers who inspire me and challenge me in such welcome ways.
I undertake at least 1 training course each year, developing my capacity to facilitate and guide shadow work, somatic processing, group connection and meditation exercises.
Rites of Passage Stag Dos
Kingly Stag is a ground-breaking rite of passage for men about to enter into marriage.

This is a weekend of profound ceremony, deep work, intimate connection and nature-based adventure all designed to initiate a man into marriage armed to be the greatest man he can, with his beloved brothers by his side.​
​
Since time immemorial Rites of Passage have been kept secret. Part of the power of the weekend is in the not-knowing, and the shared knowing between the men after the event. Needless to say, the weekend is carefully curated to be fun, meaningful and empowering.
Exit the old paradigm of the toxic male and initiate a journey into the healthy, modern masculine.
